• Complex documents may have formatting changes after conversion
• Service availability is not guaranteed
• You are responsible for verifying the output meets your requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SC Damar Vision Market SRL and Smart PDF Tools shall not be liable for:

• Data Loss: Any loss, corruption, or damage to files during upload, processing, or download
• Service Interruption: Any downtime, errors, or interruptions in service
• Consequential Damages: Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Third-Party Content: Any issues arising from files you upload or create

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services (if any).

File Processing Disclaimer

When you upload files to Smart PDF Tools:

• Files are processed on our servers temporarily
• We do not store, read, or share your file contents
• All files are automatically deleted after processing or within 1 hour
• We use secure HTTPS connections for all file transfers

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any files you submit.

Fair Usage Policy

To ensure fair access for all users, you agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to access our services
• Attempt to overwhelm our servers with excessive requests
• Circumvent any usage limits or restrictions
• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Upload malicious files or content
• Attempt to access other users' files or data
